Great location, walking distance from Victoria station, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and more. Cosy and stylish interior. Clean rooms with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Tea making facility and snacks replenished daily. Lift available. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Victoria Station and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit in London. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy haven after a long day of exploring. The hosts at the hotel were cordial and the travel desk was very helpful in assisting us with our plans. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small bathroom and the lack of visible signage, the overall experience was good. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in London. The location was perfect, with easy access to two tube stations and not far from Victoria station. The hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood with tons of fantastic restaurants nearby. it is located close to a lovely green square, providing a pleasant environment. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were excellent.

We loved this place! It's located in a safe area with wonderful restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptional and provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, laundry, and 24-hour concierge. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV, welcome drink, and tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the catering service and buffet breakfast were fantastic.
Highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Some minor maintenance issues, such as a non-functioning towel rail and extract fan, were reported.
